The research showed that about 300 of 5000 selected households had one or more impaired person, relatively poor. Despite these challenges, there is ignorance concerning the economic importance of focusing on the growth and development of people with disabilities and their supporters. In the country, the source of income is in the agricultural sector therefore, the employment level is very low. The supply is lower than the job demand and the non-disabled are the only employed (Ashgate,712). The marginal farmers do not hire workers rather they depend fully on their physical strengths thus, the impaired have catastrophic consequences. Only males are employed in large number and females left to care for their disabled, so the loss of income by the men results in the high amount of debts (Ashgate, 722). The level of unemployment leads to poor living standards of the family members.

My new venture is Lakshmi Dairy which (According to Hindu mythology cow is considered to be the goddess of wealth and prosperity) attempts to encroach the simple dairy merchandise. Processing the milk in my dairy which iam likely to set up in my home town, that is acquired from farmers from surrounding villages. My ultimate target would be from the day-to-day consumption and flourishing dairy products such as butter, cheese, yoghurt, especially types of Milk itself i.e., Skimmed milk, semi-skimmed, whole milk. These cans are then distributed accordingly at homes, sweet shops, bakeries, hotels etc. in the near by towns and cities, by the delivery staff through various means (wrong spelling) of transportation like motorcycles, auto rickshaws etc. without actually packing or chilling. The distribution of the milk cans should not take more than 2 hrs; on the whole it takes 5 hrs from the time the milking is done to the time of delivery. If the entire stock is sold out, we get a minimum profit of 15% to the maximum of 20%. During the winter season, as the cows and buffaloes yield more milk, the production is high (by 6% to 8% on the whole) where as there is decrease in the consumption. As villages doesn’t have any kind of sophisticated equipment for storing the remaining milk, it goes waste i.e., loss. Due to the less consumption of milk (in winter season), the prices may drop down from 30% to 50% in the neighbourhood villages. Instead, if we have required modern equipments to convert milk into milk powder, we may still make more profit on the whole (5% higher than the normal profits). The Heart of Darkness explores the idea of self-discovery and the realization of inner evil through the characters Kurtz and Marlow and through the exploration of the dark†¦show more content†¦Near the end of the novel Kurtz, who has acted as Marlows teacher, dies. His dying body can be seen as the very definition of evil in the world and in the human heart. Looking at the dying body, Marlow can see pride, terror, power, despair, desire, temptation and evil. Kurtz then sums up his whole existence by breathing the words, The Horror! The Horror! (Conrad, 112). In saying those last words Kurtz is confirming his realization of his own inner evil. To Marlow this realization is in itself a victory for Kurtz. The departure of Kurtz leaves Marlow to grope blindly and alone through the darkness of his existence (Dowden, 159). Marlows journey of self discovery begins with his assignment to travel into the heart of Africa in order to find Kurtz. As Marlow travels down the nameless river, his realization and education about himself and Kurtz slowly begins. On the river he is confronted by a wide variety of people who, to Marlow, seem dark and uncivilized. He even refers to the pilgrims as savages and hollow men. He is surprised by their lifestyle because they lack values and dignity. For two months Marlow experiences their lifestyle and he grows to despise it. He realizes that is he surrounded by darkness and the only escape is through experience and knowledge.
